ALTOONA, Pa. — Penn State Altoona will host a kickoff event for the college’s new Belonging Center from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 15. The Belonging Center is located in room C112 of the Smith Building.
The event will feature refreshments, a blanket giveaway for students, voting on additions to the space and more. In honor of Black History Month, the center will also share a “Walk through History” poster display.
The Belonging Center is supported by Penn State Altoona’s Office of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging.
