Join Weekly Wellness every Tuesday from 2 to 3 p.m. via Zoom. A professional will be on hand to discuss all things college, including stress management, enhancing your well-being, conflict resolution, COVID-19, and improving sleep.
Penn State Shenango offers a monthly meditation program via Zoom from 12:15 to 12:45 p.m. Dates for the remainder of the semester are Oct. 11 and Nov. 8.
