Altoona professor writes article for new reference book

ALTOONA, Pa. — An article written by Brian Black, distinguished professor of history and environmental studies at Penn State Altoona, was recently published in a new reference book. 

"Environmental and Energy Policy" appears in "The Oxford Handbook of American Political History," edited by Paula Baker and Donald T. Chrichlow. The book, published by Oxford University Press, documents the vitality and continuing relevance of political history and includes a diverse range of voices from the fields of history, cultural studies, environmental studies and law.
