ALTOONA, Pa. — Todd Davis, professor of environmental studies and English at Penn State Altoona, has released the 13th installment of his "Notes from the Allegheny Front." As January comes to an end, Davis considers the different lives that make their way through winter, trying to survive until March and warmer weather and the promise of a greening world.
