Faculty Diversification Initiative

Penn State Altoona aims to cultivate partnerships with graduate programs that graduate large numbers of underrepresented minority faculty by hosting their All But Dissertation students as adjunct faculty on our campus. The intent is to build pipelines of diverse applicants and, consequently, a more diverse faculty body.
