Penn State Altoona will host a “Beyond the Degree Mixer” on Friday, Dec. 5, from 6 to 7 p.m. in the Mountain View Room of the Port-Sky Café.

Students will have the opportunity to meet with professionals, recruiters, and community leaders from multiple industries including nursing, business, engineering, and political science. A laid-back atmosphere will allow space for genuine conversation and a networking experience designed to turn conversations into career opportunities

Free professional headshots and refreshments will be available.

The event is open to all students and is sponsored by Penn State Altoona’s Political Science Society and the Student Government Association.
