“Agents of Change: Our Complex Energy Transition” is based on a paper Black wrote and presented at the Banff Center in Calgary.
NiCHE is a Canadian-based confederation of researchers and educators who explore the historical context of environmental matters and share their findings with researchers, policymakers and the public.
