ALTOONA, Pa. — Penn State Altoona will host a bystander intervention event from 5 to 7 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 14.
Students, faculty and staff are encouraged to stop by the Slep Student Center for information about bystander intervention strategies and to receive some self-defense training.
The event is sponsored by Penn State Altoona's Wellness Health Advisory Board.
