Cultivate academic excellence by promoting innovation in teaching and learning as well as increasing the impact and scope of our research and creative activities.

Advance student success, with special emphasis on ensuring students' earliest encounters with the campus (i.e., recruitment, admission, enrollment, first-year transition, and major exploration) establish the foundation for personal growth and academic achievement.

Promote strategic growth, affirm the commitment of organizational excellence, and build collaborative partnerships that better align and leverage campus and University resources in support of our mission.
