This training program is intended to provide entry-level, general industry workers with information about their rights, employer responsibilities, and how to identify, abate, avoid, and prevent job-related hazards on a job site. The training covers a variety of general industry safety and health hazards that a worker may encounter. Students will receive their OSHA 10 card in the mail following the completion of the course.

The Office of Workforce Development is responsible for all non-credit professional development and personal enrichment programs and courses in a five-county service area. The office also administers all off-campus credit courses, manages the Devorris Downtown Center, and delivers customized training on-site to businesses and industry.
