To safeguard student confidentiality, the Veterans Affairs Office requires that students and family members verify their identity.
When contacting us, students and their families will need to provide a Penn State ID Number and answer questions that will verify their identity.
In-person consultations require students to show their Penn State ID Card and family members to show a valid federal or state-issued photo ID card for service.
