Early Acceptance Program (EAP) for Penn State Altoona Students to the Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine’s (LECOM) Dental School, Pharmacy School or College of Osteopathic Medicine.
Penn State Altoona and Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine have entered into The Early Acceptance Program is designed to facilitate the admission of highly qualified Penn State Altoona students into LECOM’s Professional school programs. Penn State Altoona undergraduate students accepted into the program will be enrolled jointly by Penn State Altoona and by LECOM. Once recommended by Penn State Altoona, LECOM will interview the student within the first two years of being enrolled at Penn State Altoona. Students interviewing successfully will be offered a provisional acceptance to LECOM’s Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine program. Upon meeting the criteria for final acceptance, they will matriculate at the LECOM campus of their choice. High school students planning on attending Penn State Altoona may also apply.
