First year students join with the Nittany Lion and Chancellor and Dean Lori J. Bechtel-Wherry to take the class of 2022 photo, a Welcome Weekend tradition.
As part of their welcome weekend activities, first year students participated in Voluntoona. As part of this program, Penn State Altoona partners with local community agencies to place students around the greater Altoona community to provide a morning of volunteer service.
