Penn State Altoona will offer “Destination Unknown: Mapping Career Pathways in the 21st Century” at 12:15 p.m. on Thursday, March 21, online via Zoom. A panel of three Penn State graduates who have built professional expertise from different academic disciplines will answer questions from current students.
“Something About the Sky” by 2023-24 Penn State Laureate Lori Hepner will be exhibited in the McLanahan and Sheetz Galleries of the Misciagna Family Center for Performing Arts March 28 through April 27. The exhibit features a new series of cloud drawings and skyscape light paintings featuring movement created through Hepner’s performances in the studio using wearable LEDs.

A poem by Erin Murphy, professor of English, was selected for “Rattle” magazine’s "Poets Respond" series, a weekly feature that highlights a poem written in response to a news story from the previous week. Murphy also joined the magazine’s editor, Timothy Green, on his podcast, Rattlecast, on March 11 to discuss the poem and the writing process.
