Penn State Altoona will host a Hard Freight Open Mic Night Tuesday, October 17, 2017, at 7:30 p.m. in the Titelman Study of the Misciagna Family Center for Performing Arts.
Come read or perform your own work or work by a favorite writer or musician. A sign-up sheet will be available at the event. Participants may read/perform for up to 5 minutes each. The evening will feature a kick-off reading by visiting writer Le Hinton. Sponsored by Hard Freight, Penn State Altoona’s online student literary magazine. Refreshments will be served.
