Penn State Altoona student panel to focus on health care clinical experiences

Penn State Altoona will offer the Human Dimensions in Healthcare Panel presentation at 12:10 p.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 5, in room 150 of the Hawthorn Building.

Students from Science 476: Human Dimensions in Healthcare will share their experiences at various local clinical sites including family medicine, emergency, trauma, inpatient medicine, OBGYN, surgery, palliative care, and women’s health.

ALTOONA, Pa. — Penn State Altoona will offer the Human Dimensions in Healthcare Panel presentation at 12:10 p.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 5, in Room 150 of the Hawthorn Building.

Students from Science 476: Human Dimensions in Healthcare will share their experiences at various local clinical sites, including family medicine, emergency, trauma, inpatient medicine, OBGYN, surgery, palliative care, and women’s health.

The course is offered each fall semester and is unique to Penn State Altoona. Students who are interested in health care and those interested in applying to take the class are encouraged to attend.
