    Biography

Ivy Ahiabu earned her Ph.D. in physics from the University of Houston. Her main areas of interest include using nanostructured materials such as titanium dioxide nanotubes to convert sunlight and generate solar fuels either without carbon footprint (such as hydrogen from water splitting) or through processes such as photocatalysis that enable carbon dioxide to be converted into hydrocarbons.
