Acquired by the college in 2015, the Penn Building is located next to the Aaron Building in downtown Altoona. It includes classrooms, labs, offices, and student lounges in support of our degree programs in accounting, business, cybersecurity analytics and operations, security and risk analysis, and rail transportation engineering—the only degree of its kind in the nation.
