Student Technology Help Desk

At the help desk students can pick up printouts from the lab, ask general information questions, or ask for assistance with lab computers. Students living on-campus can request technical support if they are having computer problems by placing a Work-Order or by contacting the help desk.


  • Loaner Laptops
    Students can check out a loaner laptop using their User ID.
  • Wireless
    Assistance with connection to Penn State WiFi.
  • Ethernet
    Register online and contact the help desk to use an Ethernet connection in a residence hall room.
  • Tech Tutors
    Free technology help for Penn State students and faculty.
