Complete the Certification Request for Benefits Form and submit it after you schedule classes for the semester.
Students who have changed their major—either through the entrance-to-major process or using the change of major form—also need to complete the VA Request for Change of Major Form and submit it along with their Certification Request for Benefits Form.
Please note: students can submit their forms prior to scheduling classes, but the form cannot be processed without reviewing the actual schedule of classes.
Post 9/11 Recipients only: students must also complete their registration. Students can complete their registration using LionPATH, or they may complete their registration by signing the Notification of Pending Aid Agreement.
