- Go to the evaluation site.
- Login with the User ID and Password provided to you in the email from Thomas Shaffer ([email protected]).
- Scroll over the “Action” > Click on “View Record” button.
- Click on “Preliminary,” “Mid-point,” or "Final."
- Complete the evaluation > chose either “Save my responses for later editing. Do NOT submit” OR “Save and submit my responses” > Click on “Save/Submit.”
