Learning Edge Academic Program

Learning Edge Academic Program

Registration deadline extended to May 15

Penn State Altoona’s Learning Edge Academic Program (LEAP) is a great opportunity for first-year students who have been offered admission to Penn State Altoona to get a head start on their college experience.

The program, which runs during Summer Session II, combines small courses with out-of-class programming and peer-mentoring to help students successfully transition to Penn State Altoona.

Program Overview

LEAP is available during the second summer session, Monday, June 25 - Friday, August 3, 2018. Enrollment for LEAP is limited, and based on a first-come, first-served basis. Courses fill up quickly, so make sure to apply early! Registration for LEAP ends on May 15.
