Pennsylvania Highlands Community College Articulation Agreement

Penn State Altoona and Pennsylvania Highlands Community College have an agreement to facilitate the transfer of students who complete an associate degree at Pennsylvania Highlands to a bachelor’s degree program at Penn State Altoona.

This articulation agreement outlines admission criteria, transfer credit evaluation, and academic advising services for students pursuing one of eight baccalaureate degrees below.
