Penn State Altoona announces remaining Women's History Month events

ALTOONA, Pa. — March is Women's History Month, and Penn State Altoona has several events planned to celebrate and help students engage as citizens and leaders.

On Tuesday, March 21, be a part of the Student Action Blast, "What Health Care Plan Works for You" during Common Hour in the Fireside Lounge of the Slep Student Center.

Julia Hudson-Richards will present "Reproductive Health/Reproductive Rights Boot Camp" on Thursday, March 23, during Common Hour in the Fireside Lounge of the Slep Student Center.

On Thursday, March 30, join Jared Frederick during Common Hour for his talk "The Women at Gettysburg" followed by a Q&A session in the Edith Davis Eve Chapel.

Plus, every Tuesday until May, join B.U.S.T. in 136 Hawthorn Building during Common Hour for Citizenship in Action engagement.

Women's History Month is sponsored by the Women’s, Gender, and Sexuality Studies Program at Penn State Altoona.
