Brian Black, Distinguished Professor of history and environmental studies, is an invited participant at the University of Pennsylvania’s March 21 “Teach-In” event. Sponsored by the Penn Program in Environmental Humanities, the round table is titled “Post-Carbon Futures in a Fact-Challenged Present” and the discussion takes a look at the challenges facing energy transitions in a dynamic political climate.
