Facilities & Operations

The Facilities and Operations office is a division of the Office of Business Operations. Facilities and Operations is responsible for all of the physical plant needs of Penn State Altoona, including maintenance of buildings, grounds management, landscaping, snow removal, facilities set-ups, utilities, carpentry, electrical, HVAC, energy saving projects, and custodial/janitorial needs.

Work Requests

While all Penn State Altoona faculty and staff can submit work requests, you must first set up an account with the Facilities & Operations office by calling 814-949-5077. Once your account is created, you can submit requests through the work order system.
