From its early days as an amusement park ... to Bathhouse U ... and from beginnings in Downtown Altoona to its move to Ivyside Park and locations downtown today ... Penn State Altoona has had a rich heritage from 1939 until now. As a college, we are committed to preserving that proud history and you have an opportunity to play a major role in this preservation.
Many items that were once used every day on campus are now treasured memorabilia located in the homes of alumni, former faculty and staff, and their families. If you have artifacts, photos, documents, or anything else, we would love to add them to our collection and invite you to share them with us, either through donation or loan. A Heritage Artifacts Form is located on this page for you to complete and return to let us know more about your items. You may also contact us at 814-949-5189 or email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be happy to discuss any questions you may have regarding your donation.
